The CREW™ Questionnaire is an online assessment where raters assess their channel relationship and partner program. They rate the channel focus, customer focus, the rules, work processes, and communication.
Using the Eaton-Nishi Building Blocks of Partnership™, channel relationships can be described in 1.9 million combinations, more than enough to describe a particular channel partnership in a great many ways.
The questionnaire takes only 30 to 40 minutes to complete. It is online, confidential, and private. Raters are anonymous. Data is aggregated. Reports generate information about the partnership.
