The R360G Process

R360G is a powerful 4-step process that is straight forward and easy to implement. From our initial consultation through the online assessment and think tank to the final deliverables, you will find the experience expedient and effective.
 
    Step 1.  Clarify
  • Select a group of key people (DMU) who are essential to delivering the goal
  • The DMU clarifies the business goal(s) that they want their organization to meet.
  • Once the business goal is agreed to, the DMU moves into the assessment step.
    Step 2.  Assess
  • Depending on the business goal, raters are selected who are thought to represent experienced, expert people.
  • All raters are guaranteed privacy and anonymity. Our questionnaires are customized. Assessments are done online 24/7.
  • Responses are aggregated, further protecting the raters.
    Step 3.  Plan
  • Assessment reports are generated.
  • Workshop participants are selected by the DMU.
  • Participants identify issues, create solutions for the more crucial issues, and develop Action Plans with deadlines and accountability.
  • The DMU approves which Action Plans will be put into effect.
    Step 4.  Execute
  • Ongoing evaluations report on the success or lack of it of any particular Action Plan.
  • The DMU monitors the evaluations so that appropriate adjustments can be made.
