Privacy
Privacy between the participant and R360G is the foundation for our workshop's effectiveness. The following features apply.
- Assessment results are maintained in the R360G's database
- Individual participant results are not shared with the participant's organization.
- Client organizations have to agree to this privacy arrangement before any testing takes place
- All results are grouped and all discussions concern aggregated data
- R360G accumulates data, so that clients and participants can measure against a larger normative data baseline
- Results will be reported and such reports provide a baseline for later workshops (optional)
